how do you make a candle chandelier preferably with tea lights and metal?
I think I would look into a second hand store for a normal chandelier and remove the bulb sockets.Remove all the wiring .Put your tea lites on the old chandelier and create the mood you are looking for.

i really don't think you will find something like that but any of the big hardware chains {lowes} has nice ceiling fans with attractive lights. your only other place would be an actual lighting store which would be a lot more expensive
